Coimbatore: Bharathiar University has extended the deadline for submitting applications for admission to its full-time and part-time PhD programmes until July 18.

The doctoral programmes are offered through various departments of the university, affiliated colleges and recognised research institutions.

The application process had commenced on June 10 and was originally scheduled to close on July 9.

Following the extension, eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the university's official website by July 18, the university said.
