New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore has announced the launch of the ninth batch of its Executive Certificate Programme in Strategy and Leadership for Senior Professionals, aimed at equipping leaders with strategic foresight, digital fluency and transformative leadership skills.

The one-year online programme is designed for professionals with over 10 years of experience. It covers business economics, strategy, marketing, leadership, business analytics, HR practices and digital transformation, along with a certificate in Generative AI. The course also includes an interactive pedagogy featuring live lectures, case studies, assessments and a three-day campus immersion at IIM Indore.

“The programme is meticulously designed to enable seasoned professionals to harness emerging technologies and inspire organisational transformation,” IIM Indore Director Prof Himanshu Rai said.

According to McKinsey and the World Economic Forum, leadership, analytical thinking and technological literacy will be among the most sought-after skills by 2030, with 39 per cent of current job skills expected to transform or become obsolete.

The programme, offered in collaboration with TimesPro, has previously attracted senior executives such as CEOs, vice-presidents, business unit heads and transformation officers across sectors including automotive, BFSI, consulting, technology, healthcare, manufacturing and FMCG.

On successful completion, participants will receive Executive Education Alumni status at IIM Indore, one of India's few “Triple Crown” business schools accredited by EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA.
