New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur has launched an AI-integrated Advanced Certificate Programme in General Management aimed at equipping professionals with cross-functional and technology-driven leadership skills, the institute said on Monday.

The 12-month executive programme is designed for early and mid-level professionals, entrepreneurs and consultants seeking to transition into broader leadership roles amid increasing adoption of artificial intelligence and digital tools in Indian businesses.

The institute said the programme integrates core management disciplines such as strategy, finance, operations, marketing and human resources with emerging areas including artificial intelligence, generative AI, analytics and digital leadership.

Speaking on the launch, Dean (External Relations) of IIM Raipur, Prof Satyasiba Das, said the programme was structured to help professionals move beyond functional silos and take on wider leadership responsibilities in a rapidly evolving business environment.

Delivered in a blended format, the programme will include live online sessions, recorded lectures by IIM Raipur faculty and six industry-led masterclasses focusing on GenAI and business applications. Participants will also have the option to attend a one-day on-campus networking event at IIM Raipur.

According to the institute, the programme will commence on March 16, 2026, and is open to graduates or diploma holders across disciplines. The fee has been fixed at Rs 1.35 lakh plus GST.

Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive a certificate from IIM Raipur along with executive alumni status and access to alumni benefits for three years, the institute said.

IIM Raipur, established in 2010, is among the newer IIMs and offers management education with a focus on industry-aligned learning and research-driven teaching.
