Chennai: The Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIM Trichy) has opened admissions for the 15th batch of its Post Graduate Programme in Business Management (PGPBM), offered at its Chennai campus.

Launched in 2012, the 21-month MBA programme is tailored for working professionals seeking to enhance their managerial and leadership skills without taking a career break. The curriculum blends academic rigour with practical learning through case studies, simulations, peer interactions, and an industry-based capstone project.

Highlighting the institute's focus on continuous professional growth, IIM Trichy Director Dr. Pawan Kumar Singh said, “The PGPBM enables working professionals to enhance their managerial capabilities and earn an MBA of international standards through in-person weekend interactions with our faculty, without stepping away from their careers.”

Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree and have at least three years of full-time work experience. Professionals from corporate, public sector, and entrepreneurial backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The programme follows the Government of India's reservation norms.

IIM Tiruchirappalli, an autonomous institute under the Ministry of Education, is internationally accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA), UK, and ranks 16th in the NIRF 2025 Management Category.
