New Delhi: Gurugram-based Masters' Union Business School has introduced a “first-of-its-kind” travelling postgraduate programme, allowing students to intern and consult with Fortune 500 firms and leading Indian startups across 20 cities.

The PGP Bharat programme, unlike a traditional MBA, spans six months across three academic terms, combining in-class sessions, practitioner workshops, mentoring, and real-world immersions. Students will work directly with decision-makers and venture operators, tackling operational challenges in diverse sectors.

The curriculum was designed by a global academic panel including Edward Rogers (former CKO, NASA), Karthik Ramanna (Oxford), Bhaskar Chakravorti (Tufts), and Mihir Mankad (Harvard and Tufts).

Founder Pratham Mittal said, “PGP Bharat teaches business where it is built: in ports, plants, markets and policy offices across India. Students diagnose bottlenecks, defend decisions, and gain hands-on experience with startups and established firms.”

The programme covers multiple cities and sectors: logistics in Mundra, manufacturing in Jalandhar, financial markets in Mumbai, product and venture scaling in Bengaluru, agricultural value chains in Darjeeling, and vendor readiness in Lucknow's defence corridor. Students also present pre-seed startup ideas while gaining real-world business insights.
