Chennai: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued guidelines for students seeking to raise grievances related to examinations conducted by the agency.

The NTA advised students to follow the prescribed procedure to ensure that their complaints and requests reach the appropriate department and are addressed promptly.

Students should use the email address registered during the examination application process when submitting a grievance.

They should also mention their application number and the name of the examination in the subject line of the email, the NTA said.

The agency advised candidates to provide relevant details in their communication so that their grievances can be examined and resolved without delay.
