Amaravati: SRM University-AP has invited applications for its M.Tech programmes for the 2026 academic year, offering full tuition fee scholarships and monthly stipends to admitted students.

The university said it is offering eight specialised programmes, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Data Science, Cyber Security, Environmental and Sustainable Engineering, VLSI Design, Embedded Systems and IoT, Materials and Manufacturing Technology, and Thermal Engineering.

In a statement, Director of Admissions Prof Y Siva Sankar said the programmes were designed to provide students with strong academic foundations, technical expertise and exposure to advanced research.

He highlighted that the university has over 1,200 recruitment partners, more than 70 global collaborations, over 80 advanced laboratories and seven centres of excellence. He also said the highest placement package offered to M.Tech graduates stood at Rs 32 lakh per annum.

Reaffirming its commitment to accessible postgraduate education, the university announced that all selected candidates would receive a 100 per cent scholarship on tuition fees along with a monthly stipend of Rs 6,000.

The last date for submission of applications is February 15, 2026. Interested candidates can apply through the university's official website, the statement said.
