Chennai: The Directorate of Government Examinations has released the schedule for the Class 10 and Plus 1 supplementary examinations, which are set to begin in the first week of July.

According to the official notification, Class 10 supplementary exams will be conducted from July 4 to July 10, with all exams scheduled between 10 a.m. and 1.15 p.m.

The detailed timetable for Class 10 is as follows:
July 4 (Friday): Tamil and Other Languages
July 5 (Saturday): Optional Language
July 7 (Monday): English
July 8 (Tuesday): Mathematics
July 9 (Wednesday): Science
July 10 (Thursday): Social Science

For Plus 1 students, the supplementary exams will be held from July 4 to July 11, during the same time slot.

July 4 (Friday): Tamil and Other Languages
July 5 (Saturday): English
July 7 (Monday): Biology, Botany, History, Business Mathematics, Basic Engineering Subjects, Textile Technology, Office Management
July 8 (Tuesday): Physics, Economics, Employability Skills
July 9 (Wednesday): Communication English, Indian Culture, Computer Science, Biochemistry, Advanced Tamil, Home Science, Political Science, Statistics, Vocational Nursing, Electrical Engineering
July 10 (Thursday): Chemistry, Accountancy, Geography
July 11 (Friday): Mathematics, Biological Science, Commerce, Microbiology, Nutrition, Fashion Design, Food Service, Agricultural Science, Public Welfare Nursing

Authorities have urged students to report to their respective examination centres well in advance and to carry their hall tickets without fail.
