Bengaluru/Chennai: Chennai-based TenderCuts, India's pioneering tech-enabled fresh meat and seafood brand, has been honoured with the “Most Trusted & Futuristic Omni Channel Meat Retailer Brand of the Year 2025” award at the Great Indian Entrepreneurship, Design, Business & Startup Awards & Conference held in Bengaluru.

The recognition celebrates innovation and leadership among India's MSMEs and startups contributing to economic growth. Mr. Sasikumar Kallanai, Co-Founder of TenderCuts, received the award on behalf of the company. He was also conferred the “Innovative & Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year 2025, South India” award in the individual category.

“This recognition validates our mission to bring high-quality, hygienic meat and seafood to Indian households with transparency and freshness,” said Mr. Sasikumar. “We are committed to creating a unique meat buying experience through integrity, innovation, and a customer-first approach.”

TenderCuts has seen significant traction in Chennai, operating 18 profitable offline stores. Key growth drivers include its 30-minute delivery promise, a wide product range of over 170 SKUs, and customer-centric offline events like Meat Melas and Seafood Festivals. The company has shown strong metrics in customer retention and store-level economics.

Founded as India's first technology-driven, omni-channel meat brand, TenderCuts is set to achieve EBITDA positivity in Q1 FY26 and aims for ₹100 crore in annual recurring revenue by December 2025.

The brand continues to redefine meat retail in India with a bold Retail 2.0 vision focused on operational excellence and innovation.
