Chennai: The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Talent Search Examination (TNCMTSE) for the current academic year is scheduled to be held on July 21, 2024, as announced by the Directorate of Government Examination, Chennai.
This objective type examination is exclusively for current class XI students of government schools.
It consists of two papers: Paper 1, comprising 60 questions in Mathematics, and Paper 2, featuring 60 questions in Science and Social Science. The syllabus for the exam encompasses material from classes 9 and 10.
The morning session of the exam is slated from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, while the afternoon session will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Candidates can download the application for the exam from June 11 to June 26, 2024, from the official website www.dge.tn.gov.in.
Filled applications, accompanied by a fee of Rs 50/, must be submitted to the Heads of the School where the student is enrolled, before June 26, 2024.
Through this initiative financial assistance of Rs 10,000/ per academic year for a total of 1000 students is provided for 500 boys and 500 girls.
