Chennai: The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) on Tuesday released the notification for the Combined Civil Services Examination for Group VA posts, with online applications open from October 7 to November 5, 2025.

The written examination is scheduled for December 21, 2025, and the examination fee can be paid via UPI.

For the 14th consecutive year, TNPSC has published the notification on schedule. Notably, this is the first time since 2018 that the notification for Group VA posts has been issued in consecutive years (2024 and 2025).

The number of vacancies announced in the 2025 notification is approximate. TNPSC has stated that if additional posts are sanctioned by government departments, the vacancy count will be revised accordingly before the consultation process.
