New Delhi: The third day of World Food India 2025 showcased a series of technical sessions, technology transfers, MoUs, and international collaborations, underscoring India's growing role as a global hub for food processing and innovation.

Over the first two days, the event recorded 4,657 B2B meetings, 154 G2G meetings, 9,564 RBSM meetings, and a footfall of 35,784.

Partner and focus states including Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Odisha held dedicated sessions to highlight their strengths. The Department of Fisheries organised a session on “Fish Tech for Fishers' Prosperity: Innovations in Processing and Value Addition.” Sponsored sessions included the Centre for Responsible Business' discussion on regenerative vegetable oil and BL Agro's RASHTRA 2025: Risk Analytics Seminar.

NIFTEM-K transferred two technologies—Saksham Anganwadi and Mission Poshan 2.0 initiatives to Interlink Foods Pvt. Ltd., and Unfermented Mayo to Jiwanmitra Nutraceuticals Pvt. Ltd. It also signed MoUs with GIMS, Greater Noida; IBSD, Imphal; Rejuvome Therapeutics, Bangalore; and ILBS, New Delhi.

NIFTEM-T signed MoUs with Envirocare Labs Pvt. Ltd., Maharashtra, for placements and research, and with GAIN, New Delhi, to set up a Centre of Excellence for Food Fortification. An MoA was also inked with Fruvetech Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, winner of the Start-up Grand Challenge 3.0.

Key G2G meetings were held with counterparts from New Zealand, Zimbabwe, and Uganda to enhance cooperation in agriculture and food processing.

The summit continues to drive innovation, investment, and global partnerships in India's food economy.
