Rotary Srilanka District - 3220 Governor Sushena Ranatungha visited Trincomalee Rotary Club on 05-01-2025.. Governor's Secretary Gamini Madanayakae & Asst. Governor G.Jayabalachandran accommodated him. President of the Rotary Club of Trincomalee - Dr. S. Jegatheasan welcomed the Governor & Guests.. Grace Home Children performed the welcome dance. Secretary Ravichandran gave a brief description about the activities during 2023 & up to January 2024 period. Rtn Rajaram Mohan gave Music entertainment.

Governor Sushena Ranatungha appreciated the activities of the Rotary Club of Trincomalee & explained the Rotary National Programmes like “Little Heart', “Suicide Prevention” etc.... Before this, he handed over 10 numbers of Canoes with Nets to 3 Fishing Organizations - Women's Rural Development Society of Gopalapuram, Nillavelli.
He also declared open a Bus Halt constructed by Rotary club of Trincomalee with the fund from PP PHF Ahilan, at Post Office Junction. He also visited the deer sanctuary maintained by Trincomalee Rotary Society.
