Sharjah : International Yoga Summit 2024 organised at Skyline University, Sharjah, UAE in association with Yoga University of America held on June 29th June 2024 Saturday.
Many International acclaimed Yoga, Mediation and well being experts delivered speech on the importance of yoga to improve health and also how to prevent hundreds of diseases by practicing regular Yoga.
Dr. Yogi Devaraj, Chairman, Rotary Global Yoga, Dr.Lakshmikanth, Chairman, Governing Council, Yoga University of America, Maria from Russia, Thomas from Belgium, Dr. Neelmegame from ReUnion, France, Dr. Raja Peter from United Kingdom, Dr. Ema Maha from UAE spoke well and mentioned yoga is need of the hour. They emphasized how yoga and meditation can increase the span of attention especially among students in this world of distraction era.
