Salem: The Tamil Nadu government has selected five teachers from Salem district for an educational tour to France as part of its initiative to inspire government educators.

Under the Dream Teacher Scheme, a total of 54 teachers have been chosen for this overseas educational experience.

From Salem district, the selected teachers include Krishnamurthy from V. Mettupalayam Government Higher Secondary School, Kaushalya from Kanchanayakanpatti Middle School, Illavarsan from Vedapatti Middle School, Vijayakumar from Palanipuram Primary School, and Suryaprakasam from Vellalapatti Government High School.

They are scheduled to go on their educational trip to France soon.
