Chennai: Kurukshetra, Asia's premier technology festival, organized by the CEG Tech Forum (CTF) of Anna University, is set to take place from February 21 to 23, 2025.
Held under the patronage of the Prime Minister of India and the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, the event attracts participants from over 300 colleges, offering a global platform for technological excellence.
Founded in 2006, CTF nurtures student innovation through hands-on projects and learning opportunities, earning ISO certification in 2016.
This year, cutting-edge short-term projects include Ambulance Surveillance, Green Conditioner, and Hybrid 3D Printer, while long-term research initiatives focus on 3D Concrete Printing and Electric Propulsion.
Kurukshetra features high-stakes competitions in engineering, coding, robotics, and management, alongside expert-led workshops and keynote sessions on future technology trends.
The festival also hosts K! Hacks 2.0, a national hackathon exploring domains like blockchain, fintech, and cybersecurity, offering winners a chance to present at Kurukshetra 2025.
A special intra-college event, Vyuhaa was held on October 5, 2024, for first-year students, fostering early engagement in technology.
With the 2025 theme "Fathoms of Future", focusing on marine technology, registrations are open at www.kurukshetraceg.org.in.
