Chennai: The Indian Army will conduct an Agniveer recruitment rally in Erode starting August 25, officials said on Thursday.

The recruitment for Agniveer General Duty will take place on August 25, while the technical category selection will be held from August 26 to September 2.

Subsequently, the rally for candidates from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Puducherry is scheduled for September 3 and 4. A medical examination will follow on September 5, and allotment will be carried out on September 6 and 7, the officials said.

Applicants will receive individual SMS notifications with the details of their participation date, the Army added.
