New Delhi: The career-tech platform Internshala has unveiled its Annual College Rankings to acknowledge colleges that have fostered a culture of internships within their institutions and have achieved the best internship records nationwide, spanning four zones — north, south, east, and west. As part of this initiative, over 400 colleges PAN India underwent evaluation for their internship records. In addition to the annual college ranking, colleges were provided exclusive insights, including the total number of internship selections, the total number of applications, and the total number of students.In 2023, over 15,000 students from 400+ colleges across India secured internships with prominent brands, startups, and SMEs. Notable companies that engaged interns in 2023 included Nestle, HCL, HDFC Ergo, Lenskart, and Aditya Birla Capital.On announcing the Annual College Rankings of 2023, the founder and CEO of Internshala, Sarvesh Agrawal said, “The initiative to provide these rankings aimed at honouring colleges with the best internship records. To achieve such commendable internship records, the efforts made by the college authorities assisted students in applying theoretical concepts through practical exposure.”
