New Delhi: The Ministry of Women and Child Development has reminded the public that July 31 is the last date to submit nominations for the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar (PMRBP) 2025.

The awards, which opened for applications on April 1, are given annually to recognise exceptional achievements of children aged between 5 and 18 years in the fields of sports, social service, science and technology, environment, arts and culture. The award also honours acts of extraordinary bravery.

Applications must be submitted online through the portal — https://awards.gov.in. The ministry has urged schools, NGOs, panchayats, individuals and youth organisations to nominate deserving candidates before the deadline.

Nominations can be made by any citizen, school, institution or organisation. Children are also allowed to apply through self-nomination.

Applicants are required to provide personal details, select the category of award, and upload a recent photograph along with supporting documents. A write-up of up to 500 words explaining the achievement and its impact must also be submitted.

The ministry called upon stakeholders to utilise the final days of the nomination period to ensure that the country's young achievers receive the recognition they deserve.
