Fast food preparation training at TNAU

According to an official release, preparation of fast foods like pizza, burger, pav bajji, cutlet, samosa, gobi Manchurian, chilli mushroom, fried rice, vegetable noodles, pani poori, bhel poori, sweet chutney, channa masala, etc., will be taught.
The last date for registration towards the training programme is June 16.
Those interested can send a Demand Draft for Rs. 1,000 drawn in favour of Dean (Engineering), Coimbatore, to Head, Post Harvest Technology Centre, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore – 641003.
