Chennai: "Bad Boy," India's first electric super trike, was unveiled today, marking a significant shift in personal mobility.
Combining the power of a race car with the thrill of a superbike, this revolutionary reverse trike is designed to redefine electric vehicles with style and performance.
Targeted at young adults, the Bad Boy boasts a futuristic, reverse trike design with a lightweight, narrow chassis.
Its unique features include a 45-degree tilting mechanism, delivering agility and control for a motorcycle-like riding experience. Powered entirely by an advanced electric drivetrain, it offers eco-friendly mobility without compromising on speed or performance.
The Bad Boy impresses with a remarkable acceleration of 0-100 km/h in under 4.5 seconds and a top speed of 200 km/h. Its 400 km range per charge ensures long rides without frequent stops. The industry-first tandem seating provides versatility, offering a comfortable cruising mode and a romantic setup for couples.
"We designed the Bad Boy for the bold and adventurous, merging style, sustainability, and high-octane performance," said Suresh Sambandam, Co-Founder of Bad Boy Motors. "This is more than a vehicle; it's an experience."
The Bad Boy is available for pre-order, with deliveries expected to start in mid-2025.
