Dubai: The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE-Main) 2026 commenced in Saudi Arabia on Thursday, marking the start of the crucial engineering entrance test for Indian students abroad.

The exam is being conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), which oversees one of India's largest competitive examinations.

In a statement shared on social media, the Indian Embassy in Riyadh confirmed that all necessary arrangements had been made to ensure the smooth and seamless conduct of the examination across designated centres.

The mission said it is extending full support to the NTA and the examination centre authorities to facilitate the process and assist candidates throughout the testing period.

The embassy also wished students success, expressing confidence in their performance as they take a key step toward pursuing engineering education.

JEE Main is a gateway for admission to premier engineering institutions in India and is conducted at multiple centres globally to accommodate Indian students residing overseas.
