New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday announced the launch of a digital platform, 'Pratibha Setu', aimed at providing employment opportunities to candidates who narrowly missed selection in the UPSC civil services examinations.

Addressing the 125th episode of 'Mann Ki Baat', Modi said the initiative would help thousands of talented aspirants whose hard work often goes unrecognized due to marginal differences in scores.

“This platform will include data of such candidates, enabling private companies to recruit them. Hundreds of job opportunities have already been created,” he said.

Modi also urged citizens to buy Swadeshi products during festivals and highlighted global interest in Indian culture, citing the installation of a 51-foot Lord Rama statue in Mississauga, Canada, and a Ramayana art exhibition in Vladivostok, Russia.

He further praised efforts during recent natural disasters and lauded two sports milestones in Jammu & Kashmir—the first day-night cricket match in Pulwama and the Khelo India water sports festival at Dal Lake.
