Plus Two public exams from March 2 across TN

Chennai: The Higher Secondary (Plus Two) public examinations in Tamil Nadu will commence on March 2 and continue till March 26 across the State. Lakhs of students from government, aided, private and model higher secondary schools are set to appear for the examinations at designated centres.
The School Education Department has made elaborate arrangements to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations. Question papers will be stored in secured strong rooms under the supervision of District Educational Officers, with round-the-clock police protection. Chief Invigilators and flying squads have been appointed to monitor the process and prevent malpractices.
The examinations will be held from 10 a.m. to 1.15 p.m., with the first 10 minutes allotted for reading the question paper. Students with disabilities will be provided an additional one hour to complete the examination. Officials have also announced that the Plus One public examinations will be conducted from March 3 to 27 in the afternoon session.
In Ramanathapuram district, 14,626 students are set to appear for the Plus Two public examinations.
