Chennai: IIT-M Pravartak Technologies Foundation has partnered with BodhBridge Education to roll out over 15 summer training programmes aimed at school and college students, educators and working professionals, officials said on Thursday.
The programmes, to be conducted in both online and offline formats between April and June 2026, are designed to equip participants with key 21st-century skills such as leadership, innovation, financial literacy, cybersecurity and entrepreneurship.
Registrations for the courses are currently open, with flexible durations ranging from short workshops to multi-week modules.
According to Pravartak, the initiative seeks to bridge the gap between traditional academic learning and real-world industry requirements in an evolving economy.
“These targeted programmes are designed to foster critical future-ready competencies and build an industry-aligned learning ecosystem,” said Balamurali Shankar, Chief Knowledge Officer, IITM Pravartak Technologies Foundation.
The courses include modules for school students from Classes 7 to 12 on leadership, design thinking, financial literacy and public speaking, among others. Separate programmes on entrepreneurship are offered for college students and professionals.
Additionally, specialised training programmes for teachers focus on leadership development, classroom management and student engagement.
The courses will be delivered by experts from the IIT Madras start-up and alumni ecosystem, and include live sessions, case studies and hands-on learning components, the organisers added.
