Amravati: All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, has granted permission to Professor Ram Meghe Institute of Technology and Research (PRMITR), Badnera, to start three new courses in Master of Computer Application (MCA), M.E in Structural Engineering and M.E in Information Technology from 2009-10 academic session.

The institute is run by Vidarbha Youth Welfare Society, Amravati. Out of these three courses, Master of Computer Application (MCA) will be included in the Central Admission Procedure (CAP) for the academic session 2009-10 of Technical Education Department of Maharashtra government.

Admission procedure for the remaining granted courses will be conducted at college level, Principal of the College, Dr V T Ingole said in a press release.
