Hong Kong, Happy Valley Hindu Temple organized a special event in association with Vishwa Hindu Parishad,a grand celebration on the eve of Pran Pratishtha of Shri Ram Lalla Temple in Ayodhya.
A special mention, Ayodhya Ram Mandir was fabulously recreated in Hong Kong for this occasion by our creative Art Director Sundar Rajan (Tiruchirappalli), with all locally available materials.
Indian Consulate of Hong Kong, Consul, Mr. K. Venkata Ramana was present along with Around 450 members of the Indian diaspora in Hong Kong came together, the atmosphere was filled with divine energy as the hymns & popular songs sung by devotees was reverberated throughout the temple hall, along with the performance of classical dance and the devotees’ joyous chants of Jai Shri Ram, popular bhajan songs on Lord Ram. Devotees also created the Ram Darbar dressed up in costume, as Shree Lord Ram, Sita and Lakshman, Hanuman, and gave darshan, photos were taken for a fond memory of the historical day and prasad was distributed to all.- Information by Thiruppathy Nachiyappan
