TN school public exam 2025 timetable released

chennai: the tamil nadu directorate of government examinations has officially released the timetable for the 2024-2025 public examinations for sslc (class 10), higher secondary first year (class 11), and higher secondary second year (class 12) students. the exams are scheduled to commence in march 2025, with detailed schedules for both theoretical and practical exams.important examination dates:class 12 (hse - 2nd year):theory exams will be held from 3, march 2025, to 25, march 2025. practical exams will take place between 7, february 2025, and 14, february 2025.tentative result date: 9, may 2025.class 11 (hse - 1st year):the theory exams are scheduled between 5, march 2025, and 27, march 2025. practical exams are set for 15, february 2025, to 21, february 2025.tentative result date: 19, may 2025.sslc (class 10):the theory exams will be conducted from 28, march 2025, to 15, april 2025. practical exams are scheduled for 22, february 2025, to 28, february 2025.tentative result date: 19, may 2025.class 12 will begin with tamil and other language papers on march 3, 2025, followed by english, mathematics, and other core subjects.class 11 examinations will start with tamil on 5, march 2025, and end with chemistry and accountancy on 27, march 2025.sslc (class 10) exams will start with tamil on 28, march 2025, and conclude with social science on 15, april 2025.all exams will commence at 10:00 am and conclude at 1:15 pm. students will be given 10 minutes for reading the question paper and five minutes for verifying their particulars before the exam begins at 10:15 am.
