"Simplicity in Learning" guide released for CBSE class 10 students

puducherry: chief minister rangasamy has unveiled the "simplicity in learning" handbook, created by the school education department to support students preparing for the cbse class 10 general examination. the handbook was distributed to students during a release ceremony at the education department campus.inpuducherry, the tamil nadu syllabus was initially followed until the implementation of the cbse syllabus in government schools beginning in the 2014-15 academic year. subsequently, from 2023-24, classes 6 through 9 and plus 1 transitioned to the cbse curriculum. now, in the 2024-25 academic year, classes 10 and plus 2 have also adopted the cbse syllabus.to assist government school students facing the cbse class 10 general examination for the first time, the school education department has developed a user-friendly manual that highlights key questions across all subjects, created with the guidance of top cbse experts. a total of six books have been published.the launch event was attended by speaker selvam, mlas arumugam and ramesh, collector kulothungan, education director priyadarshini, deputy director sivarama reddy, principal education officer mohan, among others.
