Collectors appeal to help child laboures

dharmapuri: as june 12 will be observed as 'child labourers' protection day', the district collector p. amutha has appealed to the students who have passed plus two and pursuing higher education like engineering or medical degrees to donate their bicycles given to them by the government to the students of special school for child labourers. instead of these cycles lying redundant at the students' houses when they move out for higher studies, they could used by some one who finds it difficult to buy.the collector would be camping at the pappireddypatti taluk office on june 12 that is observed as ‘child labourers’ protection day’. students can make use of this opportunity and handover their old cycles to the collector. students living in other parts of the district can hand over their old cycles at the jamabandi.
