Engg, pharmacy forms will go online in GTU

ahmedabad: gujarat technological university (gtu) will deliver admission forms for degree and diploma courses in engineering and pharmacy online at 62 centres from may 28. 'as this facility is being introduced for the first time in gujarat, helpline centres are also being set up across the state to make the process easier for students,' said manish bharadwaj, director of technical education. 'the merit list will be out on june 10. this will be followed by three mock sessions for admission. however, the final admissions will take place on july 7 and academic sessions will begin from july 10,'bharadwaj said. however, with the admissions going online, the process will become shortened and faster this year. about 90,000 students have appeared for class xii science exam in the state this year.
