Sci-Edu awards to honour Science Educators

chennai: arpr events is proud to announce the launch of the sci-edu awards 2024 to recognize and honour the exemplary contributions of educators in the field of science. in commemoration of national science day 2024, the award presentation event is scheduled to take place on 25th february 2024, from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, at the prestigious tamil virtual academy auditorium on gandhi mandapam road, chennai.sci-edu awards 2024 will confer accolades upon teachers from schools, polytechnics, colleges, and universities across various science categories. a distinguished panel of 16 jurors from various institutes will review and meticulously select deserving recipients for their outstanding commitment to science education.the chief guest for the event is ak farvaze ahmed, principal scientist, csir-structural engineering research centre, chennai. joining as guests of honour are eminent personalities in the field, including prof. dr. d viswanathan, former vice-chancellor, anna university who will give his special address on “the role of engineering & research in nation development”, prof. dr. n. panchanatham, ugc standing committee member, new delhi, will give his special address on “science, research & nation building” and  sathish kumar v, assistant editor, kalvimalar. the event will be presided over by prof. dr. s thirumagnan, principal of hindustan college of arts & science, chennai.applicants can register online for sci-edu awards in the category of science including physics, chemistry, bio-technology and engineering at www.aprevents.comby forwarding their profile and achievements. last date for nomination 22nd february 2024. the applications will be reviewed by a panel of 16 academics from various institutes. the applicant’s contribution in promoting student learning, research and benefits to society will be validated for selection.  those selected will be felicitated during the event.
