SSC invites applications for Stenographer Grade C & D Exam 2025

chennai: the staff selection commission (ssc) has released the notification for the stenographer grade 'c' and 'd' examination, 2025. the competitive recruitment exam is aimed at filling group 'b' and group 'c' posts in various ministries, departments, organisations, as well as constitutional and statutory bodies under the government of india.the notification, issued on june 6, provides details regarding eligibility criteria, age limit, educational qualifications, examination scheme, application procedure, and fee structure.interested candidates can submit their applications exclusively through the official ssc website (ssc.gov.in) or via the 'my ssc' mobile application available on the google play store. the deadline for submitting applications is june 26, 2025, up to 11:00 pm. the last date for payment of application fees online is june 27, 2025, also up to 11:00 pm.the computer based examination is scheduled to be conducted in august 2025. in the southern region alone, the examination will be held across 24 centres—10 in andhra pradesh, 7 in tamil nadu, 6 in telangana, and 1 in puducherry.candidates from across india are eligible to apply for the examination.
