XLRI Jamshedpur Hosts Ensemble Valhalla 2025

jamshedpur: xlri jamshedpur concluded the 26th edition of ensemble valhalla, its cultural, sports and management festival, held from 15-17 november 2025. upholding xlri's 76-year legacy, the theme “crescendo of dreams” unfolded across three days of competition, creativity and camaraderie. the fest recorded participation from 849 contingents representing institutions such as iim ranchi, iift kolkata, ximb, xim university, xiss, bit sindri, bit mesra and aim kolkata.highlightsday 1:events such as nukkad natak, natyanjali and aakarshan opened the festival. management events — the next gen leader, circus maximus, strategikon, war of wits, helios and tech tack — began alongside sports fixtures in athletics, badminton, basketball, carrom, chess and cricket. the evening featured kaustubh agarwal, xlri's band bodhi tree and a red bull dj night at jlt lawn.day 2:the cultural event machaayenge, judged by kalyan bhowmick and mistu mukherjee, drew strong participation. sports expanded to futsal, frisbee, pool, powerlifting, tennis, throwball, table tennis and volleyball. devenderpal singh performed in the evening, followed by dj duo lost stories at tata auditorium.day 3:the final day featured raagalya and the concluding rounds of sports. xlri won the overall sports championship with 26 points, followed by iim ranchi (18) and ximb (14). other institutes, including aim, iift kolkata and xim university, secured podium finishes. the event closed with a concert by sunidhi chauhan at the xlri football ground, attended by around 9,000 people.convenors' noteyashvir brar and dhruvi nagpal said ensemble valhalla 2025 was a celebration of passion and the xlri spirit, adding that the fest is close to becoming one of the biggest in india.a legacy continuedensemble valhalla 2025 highlighted xlri's blend of culture, sports and management excellence, reinforcing its commitment to holistic education and the value of “for the greater good.”
