The ONGC Foundation offers annual scholarships to support academically outstanding and economically disadvantaged students pursuing higher education.

Eligible Courses: The ONGC merit scholarships are available to students enrolled in Master's degree programs in professional fields such as Engineering, Medicine, Management, Geology, Geophysics, and related disciplines.

Scholarship Details: Selected students will receive Rs. 48,000 per year. The scholarship benefits 2000 students, including SC, ST, OBC, and economically backward general category students. Additionally, 50% of the scholarships are reserved for women.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must have secured admission for the academic year 2024-25.
Candidates enrolling in undergraduate programs should have obtained at least 60% marks in their 12th standard. Similarly, candidates pursuing Master's degrees should have secured at least 60% in their undergraduate studies.
Must be a full-time student.
Annual family income: For SC/ST categories, it should not exceed Rs. 4.5 lakhs; for OBC and Economically Backward Classes, it should not exceed Rs. 2 lakhs.
Age Limit: Must be under 30 years old as of August 1, 2024.
