"The extension of date for admission to 129 programmes under the Common Prospectus. For all other programmes, the dead line will remain to be June 30 as announced earlier," K Laxman, officer on special duty (OSD) for students
registration (SRD), said.

This is with regard to the session beginning July this year, he said, adding prospectus for all programmes will be available at IGNOU headquarters here. These will also be provided by Regional Centres and Study Centres spread across the globe.

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) at present is running 312 programmes for candidates, including professionals.
