Trichy: IIM Tiruchirappalli celebrated its 14th Foundation Day on January 4, 2025, reflecting on its remarkable journey in management education. The event featured Prof. Rishikesha T. Krishnan, Director of IIM Bangalore, as Chief Guest, and Gopi Thangavel, Group CIO of Larsen & Toubro, as Guest of Honour.

Director Dr. Pawan Kumar Singh outlined the institute's evolution, highlighting its focus on innovation and aspirations to resolve infrastructure challenges by 2030. Gopi Thangavel underscored the significance of networking, lauding alumni contributions across 35 countries and India's GDP.

Prof. Rishikesha Krishnan encouraged critical thinking, academic entrepreneurship, and tackling "satisfactory underperformance" for sustained excellence.

The event celebrated achievements, including awards for the best "Make a Difference" project and a decade of service recognition for faculty and staff. It concluded with a vote of thanks and the national anthem, signifying unity and progress.
