All are equal before the constitution and law of the land Why there are different guidelines to take action against the common man and peoples in judiciary committing crimes? A judge exposed to criminal activities not allowed to register Criminal case against the accused judge. Is it fair on the part of Supreme Court? Corruption is a corruption, crime is a crime. No body is superior beings before the law. Immunity to certain professionals involving in criminal activities should not be tolerated at any cost. First of all the Supreme Court must decide on accountability in judiciary. The learned judge's message is like a political statement, not desirable. It is better to avoid public statements about powers of the constitutional bodies. It has to be decided in the appropriate forum.
