PM YASASVI Scholarship!

the central government has launched the pm yasasvi scholarship scheme (prime minister's young achievers scholarship award scheme for vibrant india) to support students from economically weaker and backward communities in pursuing education at top schools and higher educational institutions across the country. the scheme is implemented by the ministry of social justice and empowerment.eligibility:students belonging to other backward classes (obc), economically backward classes (ebc), and scheduled castes (sc) categories with an annual family income not exceeding ₹2.5 lakh are eligible to apply.scholarship coverage:school education (classes 9-12):up to ₹75,000 for classes 9 and 10 (including tuition, hostel, and other expenses).up to ₹1.25 lakh for classes 11 and 12.higher education:full tuition fee coverage for premier institutions such as iits, nits, iiits, nlus, irma, fms, iift, xlri.for private institutions: up to ₹2 lakh.for commercial pilot courses: up to ₹3.72 lakh.additional benefits include ₹3,000 per month for accommodation and food, ₹5,000 per year for books, and a one-time grant of ₹45,000 for computer and printer.at least 30% of the scholarships are reserved for women candidates.how to apply:apply online through the official government portal: scholarships.gov.in.application deadline: august 31.for more information: scholarships.gov.in/all-scholarships
