ESLC exam to commence on Nov 8

chennai: class viii ( eslc) private students can apply for the eslc nov 2021 common examination from oct 11 onward at www.dge.tn.gov.in,an official statement said.it went on to say, students having completed 12 ½ years of age as on 1, oct 2021 can apply for the common examination.students are directed to apply only online through nodal centres from 11 to 18, oct, 2021 from 10:00 am to 5:45 pm on working days. those failing to apply on the above mentioned days can apply through tatkal mode on 20 oct 2021 by paying an additional fee of rs 500/.the fee for the examination is fixed as rs 125 and rs 50 for online application process. however, students applying through tatkal will have to pay an additional rs500/.students having appeared for the examination earlier need to attach a copy of the previous statement of marks.   private candidates need to submit a self addressed envelope with stamp worth rs42/.the examination starts on 8, oct and ends on 12, oct. all the examinations will be held in the forenoon session.more details are available at www.dge.tn.in, said the director, tamil nadu government examination.
