Medhavi Skills University Signs MoU with BoAT-WR to Promote Skill-Based Higher Education

mumbai: medhavi skills university (msu) has signed a memorandum of understanding (mou) with the board of apprenticeship training western region (boat-wr), mumbai, an autonomous body under the union ministry of education, to promote skill-based higher education.ina statement issued wednesday, msu said the partnership aims to provide young indians from marginalised backgrounds with a direct route to secure dignified careers.the mou enables students to undertake paid, government-recognised apprenticeships, offering learners from engineering, hospitality, digital services, and emerging skill domains an opportunity to earn stipends, gain workplace experience, and accumulate university credits. these credits can be uploaded to the academic bank of credits (abc).“this is a watershed moment for industry-aligned higher education. our students will now earn, learn, and get credits in one seamless track that the nation's employers trust,” said pravesh dudani, founder and chancellor of msu.
