Plus 2 exam results to be declared on May 8, a day ahead of schedule

chennai: the directorate of government examinations, tamil nadu, has announced that the results of the class 12 public examinations will be released on may 8, a day earlier than the previously scheduled date of may 9.the class 12 board examinations for the academic year 2024-25 were conducted from march 1 to march 25 across 3,316 centres in the state. a total of 8.21 lakh students appeared for the plus two exams.initially, the results were slated for release on may 9. however, authorities have now confirmed that students will be able to access their results on may 8.further instructions on result access and mark sheets are expected to be issued on the official website of the directorate.
