TNPSC third phase of certificate verification, counselling for CCS-II exam on Sept 23

chennai: the tamil nadu public service commission (tnpsc) on friday announced that the third phase of certificate verification and counselling for candidates of the combined civil services-ii (ccs-ii/group iia services) examination will be conducted on september 23.according to a release, the marks and rank details of the candidates for the exam, notified on june 20, 2024, have already been published on the commission's website. the list of candidates shortlisted for the third phase has also been uploaded online.the verification of original certificates and counselling will be held at the tnpsc office in chennai, located near the broadway bus stand and fort railway station.candidates have been asked to download their call letters containing details such as date and time of appearance from the commission's website www.tnpsc.gov.in. the tnpsc clarified that intimation will be sent only through sms and e-mail, and no physical letters will be posted separately.the commission further cautioned that attendance is mandatory on the specified date and time, as no second chance will be provided. it also underlined that participation in certificate verification does not automatically guarantee admission to the interview or selection.the ccs-ii examination is one of tnpsc's major recruitment processes for filling non-interview posts in state services.
