Kamaraj knows government school will not fulfill the education target . It was stopped by your father . College educations especially private engineering colleges are spread widely by MGR during his second terms thanks to RMV gang . Private universities along with a few public universities are developed by Jayalalitha . Around dozen public medical colleges as well various private medical institutes especially nursing institution by Jayalalitha followed by Edappady . Now Stalin ji what you have done for the last 4 and half years . Nothing , Nothing and Nothing . So do not live on others credit .

Nearly 9000 assistant professor posts are vacant over arts colleges in Tamil Nadu. Already 4000 posts recruitment started, but so many court cases are pending, govt not keen to proceed with court cases and make an appointment of 4000 assistant professors before the election, because the government could face financial problems because of that simply make announcement thats all

இந்த பிதற்றலுக்கெல்லாம் ஒரு குறைச்சலும் இல்லை எதையாவது சொல்லி அடிச்சு விட வேண்டியது அகில இந்திய அளவில் நடக்கும் போட்டி தேர்வுகளில் வெற்றி பெறும் தமிழக மாணவர்கள் மிக மிகக் குறைவு இங்குள்ள ஆட்சியாளர்கள் தனக்குத்தானே சொரிந்து கொண்டு சுகம் அடைந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள் இவர்கள் சொல்லுவதெல்லாம் வெறும் வெற்று முழக்கங்களே நிஜத்தில் அப்படி இல்லை

அரசு நடத்தும் டாஸ்மாக், மற்றும் கிடைக்கும் போதையை தாண்டியும் மாணவர்கள் தேர்வுகளில் பாஸாவது, இவர்களை இவ்வாறு பேச தூண்டுகிறது.

தாய் மொழியான தமிழ் பாடத்தில் 9 மற்றும் 10 ம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்கள் நாற்பதாயிரம் பேர் ஃபெயிலாகி இருக்கிறார்கள் அப்படியென்றால் இந்த திமுக திராவிட மாடல் ஆட்சியில் கல்வியின் தரம் எப்படியிருக்கிறது என்பதை தெரிந்து கொள்ளலாம். விளம்பரத்தை வைத்துதான் இந்த ஆட்சி திருட்டு ஆட்சி நடந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறது.

I am a retired teacher from the Agricultural university. Last teachers recruitment was done during 2014. Afterwards more than a dozen new colleges are opened in different places of the state. But no new teaching posts to such colleges. In many colleges teachers are taking the classes from the nearby research station on tour. Those teachers are also under stress now due to heavy work load. More than 45 percent of the teaching post is being kept vacant after the retirement of teachers from 2014 onwards. VCs, Deans, Directors, Principals posts more than 200 posts in several universities and colleges are being kept vacant for a longer periods. But under stress condition, frequent review meetings are conducted by government beaurocracy and ruling party netas by video conference. Meetings, eating, sleeping of teachers are alone taking place daily. No quality productive work in higher education. we can expect closer of more Engineering, Agricultural, Polytechnic colleges in the state in future.

Sir, your views are absolutely correct. There could be 9000 assistant professors posting vacant over tamilnadu arts and science colleges, no posting to be filled after 2014. Guest lectures paid Rs25000 how could they teach effectively, nothing. The govt initiated 4000 posting filling in Mar2024, still it is pending because of court cases. In higher education department so many intelligence people are there even though they allowed those who writing SET also eligible to apply for asst prof posting in Apr 2024 and it totally delayed the recruitment process and other court cases. Govt no mood to make fast of court cases.
