Installation Ceremony the 45th President of Trincomalee Rotary club

Installation Ceremony of New President Rtn.PHF S. Sounthararajan as The 45th  President of the Rotary Club of Trincomalee was took place on 2nd July 2023. Rtn.PHF S. Sounthararajan took over from - Rtn.PHF N.Kidinathas at Rotary House, Trincomalee..The Chief Guest was Dr.N.Varnakulaenthiran – Senior Lecturer, Trincomalee Campus, Eastern University. Along with him Mr. Biraj Kanti Mandal – Vice President (OPS), Lanka IOC PLC, Trincomalee also graced the occasion, as Guest of Honour.Past President Rtn.PHF N.Kidinathas honoured the Rotarians, who assisted him during his term during his period & praised his team mates for their commitment.Rotarians handed over a cheque for Rs. 30,000/= to Mr. Powsi Rajeev for medical assistance.Mr. Biraj Kanti Mandal on behalf of Lanka IOC PLC, Trincomalee, handed over cheque for Rs. 360,000/= for Deer Feeding Programme.President Rtn.PHF S. Sounthararajan introduced his new board & recognised them.Chief Guest - Dr.N.Varnakulaenthiran praised the equity services of Rotary Trincomalee. He explained the need of services to the needy people in Trincomalee and requested Rotarians along with others to come forward to uplift the situation.
