Short film COMPETITION Go Shoot Chess in Singapore

Chess School 'GO CHECKMATE' in Singapore is conducting a short film COMPETITION 'Go Shoot Chess'. The participants are to send their video for 1-2 mins in MPEG4, MOV , AVI or WMI format. Top 3 winners will get trophies and E-certificate. Panel of judges are highly trained Visual Communication teachers. Popular Choice Award for the most popular video liked by everyone in social media. The competition is open for children aged 5 to 15 years. So far around 50++ entries from countries such as India, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, US, Australia and New Zealand. The registration link and other details for the competition is available at Terms and Conditions Theme : Explain Chess Basics or Tactics (eg. Castling, En passant, Double Attack , Pin, Discover Attack, Mate in One etc) Length : 1 – 2 mins (Not longer than 2 mins) Sound : must be greater than 129 bit Format : MPEG4, MOV, AVI, or WMV Language : The language of the video should be in English only The video should clearly have the participant face visible in atleast one frame Important Dates 22 May – Registration Closes 30 June – Send your drawings 10 July – Winners will be announced; Popular Choice Award All submitted entries stand a chance to win a Popular Choice award. The organizer will upload all videos to YouTube by 1st July 2020.
