It's more than just a training workshop, it's an "Opera" kind of innovation show!, Rajan said.He also said the final year students on completion of their college life have to take a second birth literally in society.At that stage, life will be a big question mark, he said, adding every student has to decide about their future course of action and find a professional career path in the materialistic world.Government work, private sector work, self-employment, professional work, technical business, family business, etc will be the dominating factor in the life of all career-ready students.About 2 1/2 hours of private show for around 2000 final year students by the trainer focused on the idea on how to organize oneself in terms of inner life, knowledge, family, health, financial management, society, spirituality and how to shape one's life by including all of them.A mesmerizing performance was hosted by the biggest personal development designer to attract more crowds than the most popular concerts.For the first time in Tamil Nadu, Paavai Engineering College in Salem engaged the Special Speaker and author of the book 'Idhu Thaan Vetri' P G Rajan, National Trainer of Jaycee Movement and Founder of The 1234 Foundation, to host the event.Rajan delved deep into six peers of life--intellectual, family, health, finance, social and spiritual- and each sphere was backed by 10 commandments.The programme was held on a grand scale with the use of modern technology with a view to capturing the minds of students.The programme was designed like a cinema, giving the opportunity to discuss books and the essence of things to be read and learned according to the wishes of today's students.It was arranged in such a way that the programme penetrated into the minds of the students and brought about spiritual change in them.Its magnificence, sound/light system, and many graphic images made the students understand the essence of the programme easily.The participants appreciated this approach as a great help to every student to finish their college life and take a step forward in their own life.
