Jayanagar is affected much with no street lights, encroached footpaths filled with eatery carts surrounded by customers, Zepto bikes, etc. Roads are occupied by parked cars. Pedestrians have no space to walk but to walk on the jam-packed streets risking their lives. In some areas lamp posts were erected a couple of years back with no bulbs or connection.
