chennai: the director of school education, kannappan, has announced that the half-yearly examinations for school students will commence on december 9.for plus two (class 12) students, the exams will be held from december 9 to december 23. the schedule includes a five-minute reading time for the question paper and another five minutes to verify personal details before the exam begins. the examination will run from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, with students expected to be seated by 9:45 am.for class 10 students, the examinations are set to start on december 10 and conclude on december 23. similar to class 12, students will have a five-minute window to review the question paper before beginning the exam.detailed schedules and guidelines will be issued to schools to ensure smooth conduct of the examinations.
