JEE Main exam notification released

delhi: the national testing agency (nta) has announced the schedule for the joint entrance examination (jee) main 2025, the national-level exam for admission to undergraduate engineering programs across india. leading institutions, including nits, iits, iiits, and various state and central government colleges, offer admissions based on jee results.exam structure and stagesjee is conducted in two phases: jee main and jee advanced. only those qualifying in jee main can proceed to jee advanced, which is required for admission to iits. programs offered include b.e., b.tech., b.arch., and b.planning.eligibility criteriaapplicants must have completed class 12 with mathematics, physics, and chemistry/biology/biotechnology/technical vocational subjects, securing at least 75% marks (65% for sc/st candidates).exam format and language optionsjee main is held twice yearly, and students' highest scores are considered for selection. candidates can take the exam up to three times within three years of passing class 12. the exam is offered in 13 languages, including tamil and english.paper 1 (b.e./b.tech.): 75 questions covering mathematics, physics, and chemistry.paper 2 (b.arch./b.planning): 77 questions for b.arch.
